Wireless for harbours

Closeness to the sea along with a pinch of ambition and creativity was the determining factor in the        creation and thinking up of this truly brilliant and innovative application.
Providing wireless internet access to a harbour or a marina is not an incredible feat. However, “aiming” a wireless signal towards the sea is definitely an original idea.
Therefore, our idea is an outdoor wireless system, based on an outdoor access point with strong a resistance to bad weather conditions. These outdoor access points provide wireless internet access to boats, whether they are pleasure boats or any other kind of boat equipped with wireless devices capable of receiving an internet signal. 
Besides being an original idea, this application was created bearing in mind: concepts of image, standing and customer loyalty, for marinas or yacht clubs which provide their increasingly demanding clients more innovative services.
We have chosen for you:

- Hot Spot VIP Club, which provides wireless internet access to clients and members of the marina or yacht club, offering different accounts: time limited or with an expiry date, giving access to VIP users or people visiting the marina or club for a brief period of time, or for an important sporting event in the marina leisure centres or relaxation areas, the bar, the restaurant, etc.
- Outdoor Wireless within the marina provides wireless internet access to clients who are berthed and use the internet to remain updated on the weather conditions or simply use the internet for entertainment
- Outdoor Wireless in the direction of the sea provides wireless internet access up to 8-10km from the coast, taking advantage of extensive wavelengths and the absence of large obstructions.

The open sea in fact favours the distribution of the signal even over long distances. Obviously this is only possible thanks to the installation of high performance, reliable equipment.
